"Tinkers can hit it,"
Well, no, tinkers hit just over 1 million...
Encahnters can't quite hit it either, just below it, and I think one or two more of the spellcasting guilds can't.
I was going to suggest 350K buffer per 20 minutes... I would prefer that, but I figured people would... cry too much

I don't think that's so bad. I remember when even getting to 40 was... something that was a big feat.

Nod, I'd be alright with these buffers. The lower levels suck, but I don't think it should be a walk in the park for the higher levels either. It's still going to be a matter of time invested, but I don't think there's much to change that. I think this will also limit certain guilds getting very high, while others were stuck behind because of their max exp gain being much less.

WHich guild can only get 500-600k xp per hour?
Sword-Mages just can't do it. May be a bit closer after 40 in magic, but it takes forever to level that high.

Why'd this thread die? All that talk of pwipe scare people away?
Well let's to to breathe some life back into it. Why's 1.5 million seem to be the magic number? Would a buffer drain rate of 1 million per hour be any less acceptable?
Should we also be taking a look at how active one has to be in order to reach the buffer max? I'm sure that if a guild is making 3 million per hour currently and they are capped at 1 million they'll require much less active time to max out their buffer and then have a long time of sitting and draining. Is that something that is worth addressing, or is it superfluous when compared against rate of level gain?
