Every now and then, there is discussion about clan strongholds and such, and we all know how much happens.
So why not for now make a temporary fix: clan leader can buy a clan castle (like "buy clan plot of land). Then after that all on clan council can pay upkeep, buy rooms etc. Clan members would all automatically have key access and be on runes.
I know this is nothing compared to the grand things discussed for clan strongholds et cetera. But this should be quite easy to do, and once clan strongholds are done (pigs flying etc), they can replace the clan castles.
