I know I have been away for awhile, and something like this might already be in place….but I always thought it would be a cool idea if for people using martial arts/melee based skills, they could forge mineral based gauntles that could crit with the mineral they were made with. Now, it wouldn’t be like a full-blown weapon….it would be much lower cirt table, but it would still give the possibility to do some damage other then just ripping peoples limbs off, etc. These gauntlets wouldn’t hold magic or couldn’t be spelled up….they would just be ‘laen gauntlets’ that gave a little extra bang for the player.
Maybe we don’t need it or don’t want it, but it was just an idea.
