FP Regen

As most people know, when you rest you regen your HP at double speed.

It was suggested in a bug report that FP also regen at double speed when resting.

To me, personally, it does make sense that people should regen fp quicker. I'm trying to consider balance implications.

Basically if somebody is doing a lot of combat runs and then returns to rest up on a healing rune or whatnot, resting probably should make it regen quicker.

Can anybody think of ways that this would be a bad thing? Resting in combat to save on fp isn't really an option as the penalties for resting while fighting are quite severe.

Re: FP Regen

I've never really used the rest command before, I've had no real reason to. I think this would get me to use the command. I don't think there's anything wrong with what you're suggesting, the only thing that will change is the amount of c-exp per hour people are going to be able to make, and frankly, for some guilds, that's not a bad thing.

I also think this adds another element to PK too, since people might be resting on a public healer, then you jump them. You'd have a slight advantage for a little while.
