I can only give second hand information for others. My information was, I lost simply doe skin boots from Casandra's shop, and a dress that was marked, also from Casandra's shop. I stored my armour away just to see if the bug hit me. I quit 2 hours before reboot, and logged in at about 5:30pm CST, after I got off work at the VA Hospital. I logged in and I was empty handed.

I created her a lot, as she kept being left handed and I've got some odd compulsion that all my characters must be right handed. I believe I rebirthed her twice. First was left, second was left, third was right. And that was luck, I've gone a lot more rebirths to get right handed. Now I'm babbling into another topic, back to the topic at hand.

As far as other characters, I've only spoken to one that I know has the problem, and his name is Regalis. He's lost many suits of gear amongst many of his characters. He's also logged out in save rooms, on the overworld, in regular city rooms. I don't know when he was created. He has many characters in hiatus, and I do not know if they are a secret or not, so you would need to ask him. I think I answered all the questions to the fullest of my ability.
