Well we must have a low readership to the forum. because everyone is happy. or maybe we need to keep things going for a bit more.
not sure. maybe the forum isn't for everyone?

I think we should have a way to read and post on the forum like the mail box in game so you could type 'forum' and it could show you most recent posts and stuff like a mailbox or guild board. I can't code it though because it requires something other than LPC to work.

I could turn on rss feeds for the forums and have it broadcast to the lines like the inews channel?
I think I have the code or know who to contact for it.

I might be able to have a ruby script that dumps them as news posts on the system as news maybe then read them into the channels. not sure.
looking at the news daemon to see about getting class based news posts. so a GM can post news to those of his guild.

I like that idea MacT, though I don't know that GMs really have an impact on the guilds anymore...
