Spells

All spells have a development cost. The cost to train the spell is the development cost (devs) multiplied by the spell power level. For example, in order to train haste to the 2nd power level (*2), it will cost 57 * 2 or 114 devs*.

The maximum power level is 6.

* - High-man and Mathere have slightly lower development cost due to their innate training bonus ability.
